Abandoned Clinic Illusion

You come to an old clinic that is said to have been abandoned for a long time. Your friend asks you to help him retrieve an important personal item that he left behind, but... no one remembers who last occupied it.

The clinic is not too damaged, but it feels empty, cold, and too quiet. Everything feels familiar but strange. The door to the room often opens half by itself. There is the sound of typing from an unoccupied room.
